Chairman of the Board – CEO
Mr. Marc Bruner has over 30 years of extensive oil and gas knowledge and experience. He founded and held directorships with numerous oil and gas companies.
Mr. Bruner was previously the Chairman and CEO of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. and served as Ultra Petroleum’s founding Chairman where he was involved in developing the Pinedale Anticline in Wyoming. While serving these companies, Mr. Bruner oversaw negotiations and contracts with global oil and gas companies including Halliburton, Exxon Mobil, Questar Gas and Hess Corporation.
Mr. Bruner established Ultra Petroleum in 1996 to develop the unconventional oil and gas project in Wyoming known as the Pinedale Anticline. During his tenure as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bruner conceived and negotiated 37 different contracts that formed the core value and principal asset base of Ultra Petroleum Corp.
Mr. Bruner founded Pennaco Energy Inc. to explore and develop coal bed methane properties in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming and Montana in 1997. In March 2000, the company was sold to Marathon Oil.
After founding Falcon Oil & Gas in 2005, Bruner served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer until 2010. In 2011, Mr. Bruner established Australian-based Paltar Petroleum. The unconventional oil and gas exploration and development company is focused on exploiting its assets in the Beetaloo Basin undeveloped shale deposits in Northern Australia.
Effective as of July 18, 2017, Mr. Bruner was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On July 19, 2017, our board of directors appointed Mr. Bruner as chairman and president of our company.
Mr. Bruner works full time for the Company.
Mr. Bruner works as an employee of the Company.
Mr. Bruner has not entered into a non competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Company.

Mr. Caetano graduated in 1995 from Seneca College in Business with Fine Arts & Technology and also studied business management at the University Of Toronto.
From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Caetano owned multiple businesses in the Greater Toronto Area establishing and selling several new restaurants and automotive centers from conception to design including management and operations.
From August 2008 to 2010, Mr. Caetano was Vice President of Operations for NorCat Financial and was accountable for brokered deals and investor fund-raising for multiple private and public investment companies, including direct investing, private placements and mergers & acquisitions. He was responsible for introducing investing clients to businesses or investment companies who require funding by analyzing needs and delivering on client’s investment objectives.
From May 2008 to 2011, Mr. Caetano was President of a Venture Capital Company, Global Asset Management and assisted Private and Public companies in achieving all aspects of strategy, development and growth. This involved strategic tasks such as procurement, development and execution of investment analysis, investment fund deployment with a focus on return on investment, client relationships, managing and fostering co-operative relationships with clients and employees.
From January 2008 to 2014, Mr. Caetano was the senior executive of Skyline Custom Homes and was responsible for the operations of multiple real estate projects. Based on his business and construction knowledge, he designs, builds and implements the various stages of residential and commercial construction developments.
Since 2009, Mr. Caetano has been involved in the oil and gas industry, helping companies restructure, raise capital and manage day-to-day operations to establish company growth. Mr. Caetano has been a director of the Company since August 2013.
In 2011, Mr. Caetano invested and raised capital for an innovated clean technical company named Energy Recovery Systems (ERS). He then formed a company called Green Matters Inc., which assisted ERS with its rollout of the Heat Recovery Unit. Green Matters Inc. has now acquired ERS under the directorship of Mr. Caetano.
On May 11, 2017, Mr. Caetano became the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of National Energy Inc.
Effective as of July 30, 2013, Mr. Caetano was appointed as secretary, treasurer, and a director of our Company. From July 30, 2013 to July 18, 2017, Mr. Caetano served as Chief Executive Officer and President of our Company. On July 18, 2017, our board of directors appointed Mr. Caetano as chief operating officer of our Company.
Mr. Caetano devotes 70% of his work time to the Company.
Mr. Caetano works as an independent contractor of the Company.
Mr. Caetano has not entered into a non-competition or non-disclosure agreement with the Company.
Mr. Vatskalis was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory, Australia from 2001 to 2014, representing the seat of Casuarina and served as a minister in a variety of portfolios from 2001 to August 2012 (including Lands and planning, Multicultural Affairs, Environment, Tourism, Power and Water, Primary Industries and Fisheries, Mines and Energy, Health and Child Protection). His major contribution to the mining, oil and gas sector was the development of the Japan – China Investment Attraction Strategy which resulted in a significant increase in investment in the mining and gas sectors in the Northern Territory by these countries. The updating of the mining legislation, instigated by Mr. Vatskalis, resulted in the opening of new areas in the Northern Territory, Australia for mining and oil and gas exploration which has resulted in a significant interest by international mining, oil and gas companies for exploration in the Northern Territory, Australia. Mr. Vatskalis retired from the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory, Australia in September 2014. After a six month break, Mr. Vatskalis has been employed as the Regional Manager of the Northern Territory, Australia with Leukaemia Foundation since April 2015. In 2017, Mr. Vatskalis stood for election in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia (the capital city of the Northern Territory) and he was elected as the Lord Mayor of Darwin, for a term ending in 2021. Mr. Vatskalis holds a B.App.Sc (Environmental Health), Western Australian Institute of Technology, Perth, WA, a Grad. Dip in Environmental Science from Murdoch University, Perth, WA, a Grad. Certificate in Public Sector Management from Flinders University, South Australia and he has also completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Director – P. Geo
Mr. Via is a senior executive with 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in domestic and international locations, managing both exploration and development groups. Since 2007, Mr. Via has provided independent upstream consulting services including evaluation of producing and non-producing properties, exploration acreage, and business / commercial opportunities. Mr. Via holds a Master’s Degree in Geoscience from University of Tennessee and Bachelors of Science in Geology from Purdue University.
From October 2010, Mr. Matich has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mardu Investments Ltd. From January 2018, Mr. Matich has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President and director of Max Resource Corp., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From November 2010 to April 2016, Mr. Matich served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Enforcer Gold Corporation (formerly Natan Resources Ltd.), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From March 2013 to July 2016, Mr. Matich served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Moovly Media Inc. (formerly Pantheon Ventures Ltd.), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From January 2011 to July 2016, Mr. Matich served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ML Gold Corp (formerly Cap-Ex Iron Ore Ltd. and Cap-Ex Ventures Ltd.), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From June 2013 to August 2014, Mr. Matich served as Managing Director of Vortex Pipers Ltd., a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
